The Mexican Connection


3nos Large Red Grapes (Seedless)

30ml Patron Reposado Tequila

20ml Joseph Cartron Creme de Cassis

10ml Sugar Syrup

15ml Lemon Juice

1 dash Aromatic Bitters

Crushed Ice

Top Ginger Beer

Muddles grapes in a tall glass and add rest of ingredients (except ginger beer). 

Stir and top with ginger beer.

Garnish with skewered grapes.

    Hi Ben! I brought back a bottle of alacran tequila and wanna try out your recipe — will it still be good without creme de cassis?

    hehehe! coincidently, we had a bottle brought to us about 2 months back…we still have it at the barschool. You can try using blackberry liqueur for it.
