COCKTAIL – Citrushka Blush

Citrushka Blush
Ingredients:
1 Lemon Wedge
30ml Bacardi Limon
5ml Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
60ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
30ml Cranberry Juice
5ml Galliano Liqueur
Large Ice Cube

Technique:
Muddle lemon wedge in a mixing glass. Add bacardi limon, syrup, pineapple juice and ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into an ice filled sling glass. Add cranberry and top of with a Galliano float. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
