COCKTAIL – Starfish Cooler

Starfish Cooler
Ingredients:
1 oz. Moët and Chandon White Star
1 oz. Lemoncello
1 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
1 oz. Un-sweet Iced Tea
½ oz. Simple Syrup
Technique
Muddle orange slice and mint leaf in Collins glass.
Combine all ingredients.

The Starfish Cooler is this year’s official cocktail for Tales of the Cocktail 2007 which will be held in New Orleans. The Starfish Cooler will be served throughout the event that’ll be held from the 18th – 22nd of July.
