CAFE – Espressoda

Espressoda
Ingredients:
60ml illy Espresso (Medium Roast)
20ml Sugar Syrup
Large Ice Cube
Sparkling Water
Technique:
Chill a tall glassware. Mix all ingredients into a mixing glass (except Sparkling water) and shake for 8 seconds. Strain content from shaker into the ice filled tall glassware. Top with sparkling water.
