Sainsbury’s UK has recently released its gin based drink named ‘Pitchers’. This has got drinks giant Diageo launching legal action against the UK’s supermarket giant for infringement of intellectual property rights. Notice several  ’similarity’ between Pimm’s (by Diageo) and Pitchers?
